2011 Resolution-Work Harder and Save

Last holiday season, we were so busy but we had so much fun. It was fun being with my family and friends. I realized what I missed. So this year, I will make sure to have more time with my family, not just hubby and RJ but also my parents and siblings. Maybe you are wondering how I would do that with my only new years resolution and that is “working harder” which means exerting more effort and be more serious on blogging (posting, blog hopping, joining the weekly memes, finishing tasks on time). By working harder, everything will follow.  Hard work equals more moolah, more moolah equals vacations and vacation equals more bonding time with my loved ones.

I cannot count how many times Rhonnel and I planned out of town vacations but none of them materialized because of financial constraints. The last time we had an out of town vacation was four years ago. There were times I told myself “I could have done better and saved”. Well, there is no use crying over spilled so it is time to move on, get serious in  making those plans happen…and the solution would be work harder and save. For the meantime, I will try to finish my tasks earlier so that 6pm onwards would be my family’s bonding time.

I agree this new year resolution i learned a couple of years ago not to set New Year’s Resolutions and I haven’t done it since. Instead, if I’m going to do something, I’m just going to start now instead of later. Starting a new habit later just leads to more procrastination from me and I have enough of that already…Thank you!:D

Dear Rossell,

I understand how it is to not be financially stable to actually enjoy some finer things in life. Keep holding on, you can do it!

Maybe you can try using Site Build It. I recently learnt about it from my fiance.. It is my business plan at the moment.. It is giving him quite a good side income depending on the amount of time in a week you are willing to provide to work on your web business!

You may have to pay a small fee to start using it, and its a ten day course teaching you on how to use keyword base on the www to garner clicks on your webpage. The whole package comes along with a domain too. I’m currently on Day 2 of the course. PAce the course according to your own leisure 🙂

Just a suggestion. Good Luck!

cheers to hard work, girl! ay naku, girl yung neighbor ko ay kumare ng aking sister (liz of this is my life) mayabang ang lola mo, sarap sampalin ng pera sa mukha, yung isang libong tig lilimang piso, hehehe…

mahirap talaga sometimes that you want more time with your family but then you need to earn. but you can do it, sis! nice resolutions you have! 🙂

Thank you for visiting my blog!

Yeah, working hard is certainly admirable 🙂 … But don’t work too hard 😉 It’s also good to “work smart”, meaning finding better solutions so you can produce more results in less time. Hope you (and all of us) will do well with 2011 plans!

Yes, working harder and saving are great work ethics that will pay handsome dividends in the future. Saving for a rainy day is a great motto that will redound to so much benefit for your family. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
