If you will notice, everything is new here. This site is now powered by WordPress. The layout is new, the header and so is the favicon. And yes a new beginning for me because I started from scratch again. I do not know anything about WordPress, the settings, posting, etc…everything. That is why I spent my whole day yesterday tweaking this site. Not so impressive but good enough for a beginner. Big thanks to Mommy Rubz of PM Blog Network– my new webhost, for a WordPress hosting at a very affordable price. She was also the one who transferred my Blogspot to WordPress for free.
Credits go to Google and Yahoo for helping me as well, lol! Because I do not want to bug anyone most especially blogger friends whom I know are busy as bees, so I searched everything. I felt like giving up when I encountered a syntax error. When I searched what syntax error is this is what I found…
“A Syntax error is an error in the format of a statement in a computer program that violates the rules of the programming language employed.”
It could be a single missing comma or semicolon that caused my code to result in an error and it paralyzed this site. Good thing is I always copy paste the codes on a word document as back-up before changing any code on the layout. If I did not, I am now seeking the help of an expert for sure.
The hardest part for me so far is changing the favicon. I had a hard time following the instructions because they are so technical and I am not so techy. Now, I am learning how to add widgets footer on my site. I know there are still a lot more to learn about WordPress but I would be very, very patient. It was so fulfilling that after long hours I finally did what I want to do! This is always what I wanted, “learning while earning and socializing”. I got an easy-peasy job that is expanding my knowledge about everything while gaining so many friends on the blogniverse.

You have done a pretty good job as a WordPress beginner. By looking at your site, I bet you catch up quite fast in using WordPress.
