Singapore, literally, is a “fine” city. You will be fined immensely for any minor wrong doing, such as chewing gums, spitting and eating or drinking in trains and buses. These laws are what make Singapore one of the cleanest, finest and safest countries in the world and these are what give me the desire to visit Singapore someday and own a Singapore condo in the heart of its business district.
A traditional single detach family home is may be ideal in some countries. But in Singapore, living in a condominium is like living a luxurious life in affluent neighborhood. Singapore new launch condo is complete with amenities such as restaurants, salon, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis court, etc. Who would not want to live in one of the condos in this fine city? I just hope we have the same existing laws here.
