It’s been two weeks since I began my 30 minutes dancing every morning. I feel well after each dance but seem I am not losing any weight. So I am now thinking of a jump rope workout for a more effective exercise. I read in the magazine that it is one of the most rigorous and effective workouts for a total body fitness. It strengthens the muscles and improves cardiovascular fitness while burning the calories. An inexpensive workout for a tremendous benefits sound great, is not it?
