Meet Our New Baby

Yup, you heard it right. We have a new member in the family but this one’s different. It won’t require milk formula, it won’t need diapers, it won’t bother us in the wee hours of the morning, it is color red, was not conceived for nine months but instead will be paid for a dozen months at zero percent interest. Lol! That is why we named it Dozy. Meet Dozy, an Asus 1215T 12inch netbook powered by an AMD V105 1.2Ghz. processor.

Wait, just to make it clear, I didn’t buy it for caprice. It was more of a need than a want. Hubby even selected this model because he thinks it will last for about three years based on the specs.

Again, why did I buy this? I’m not going to use this for checking my Facebook and Twitter accounts or to read my emails or to chat (a little peeking won’t hurt, right?) but rather, I’ll use it for my job even when we are away. There were instances that I wasn’t able to meet my deadlines especially when we are visiting our parents/in-laws because I don’t have a computer to work on (am I sounding too defensive already? lol). Anyway, I am really proud that I am now enjoying “some” fruits of my sleepless nights. All I need now is a broadband plug-in. Articles? Bring it on!
