I started to drink tea again the other day to boost my metabolism. As we all know, the faster the metabolism is, the easier we can lose weight. Yes, I need to get rid of those fats now…as in now! So, why do I need to lose weight faster? Aside of course for health reasons (I easily get tired these days), we will be having a family swimming in two weeks and I want to use my two piece swimsuit. Sadly, it doesn’t fit me anymore. Yes, I can buy a new pair of my size now but it won’t make me feel and look any better.
Every time I see this picture of mine in two piece, I can’t help but just say “those were the days where I can still flaunt my body.” If only I could turn back the time.

Taking weight loss pills have crossed my mind many times but I am afraid of the possible side effects. There are times I see positive diet pills reviews, abdominal cuts reviews, etc, and nearly get convinced but still the fear inside me prevails. I am not closing my doors though. Maybe if someone close to me could attest that the brand he or she had really burnt his/her fat and curbed the sugar cravings, then I can try it for a month or two. Do I sound desperate? Maybe I am but it is better to take those pills than to undergo those knives.
As for now, I will just be contented with my tea and hopeful to shake off even an inch on my flab and look good again. Two piece, here I come!
