Uplifting Your Employees through Awards and Certifications

Aside from the salary, a person works efficiently if he’s in a working place wherein his effort are being recognized and appreciated. Some companies are giving out monetary rewards for their employee of the month while some are giving them leave credits.

awards and certifications

These rewards, such as awards and certifications, are effective ways to inspire workers to work harder and in return maintain the smooth operation of the business and keep it earning for a longer period of time.

One of the possible awards that an employer can give to their workers would be the customer service certification. This is given to the employee who had displayed a world class customer service or has had professionally carried his tasks for the satisfaction of the company’s clients. If one receives such an honorable recognition, there is no doubt that this employee would continue work hard and prove to everyone that he deserves it.

Aside from the customer service certification, recognitions like top seller, employee of the month, best in attendance, most efficient and a whole lot more can be given. There are

A company who pays attention to the efficient works of the employees gives importance to humanity. The welfare of their people is much more important than the profit that they could generate in the business. After all, if their workers won’t be doing their work well, their profit will surely not increase. This is the very reason why there are companies ending up declaring bankruptcy after their workers conduct series of protests.

In order for the certificates to be legit, there are certain guidelines to follow. Some are being set by the company’s administrative department while others are conducting standard evaluation and based on the scores, the deserving employee will be rewarded. With all these wonderful things happening in the workplace, there is no doubt that working would be more fun and much more exciting.

This Operation 111 is from Anney of Blog Ni Ako in commemoration of Philippine Independence Day. Thanks for this tag, Anney!

“The Philippine Declaration of Independence occurred on June 12, 1898 in the Philippines, where Filipino revolutionary forces under General Emilio Aguinaldo (later to become the Philippines’ first Republican President) proclaimed the sovereignty and independence of the Philippine Islands from the colonial rule of Spain after the latter was defeated at the Battle of Manila Bay during the Spanish-American War. The declaration, in the form of a proclamation, in the presence of a huge crowd, was done on June 12, 1898 at the ancestral home of General Emilio Aguinaldo between four and five in the afternoon in Cavite el Viejo (now Kawit), Cavite, some 30 kilometers South of Manila. The event saw the unfurling of the National Flag of the Philippines, made in Hong Kong by Mrs. Marcela Agoncillo, Lorenza Agoncillo and Delfina Herboza, and the performance of the Marcha Filipina Magdalo, as the Nation’s National Anthem, now known as Lupang Hinirang, which was composed by Julian Felipe and played by the San Francisco de Malabon Marching band.”
