Have you heard of Wallace and Gromit? They are clay characters in British animated short films. I first met them when I bought RJ a cartoon CD when she was still a baby. It was a 12-in-1 CD with Wallace and Gromit. Wallace, an absent-minded inventor living in Wigan, Greater Manchester, is a cheese enthusiast (especially for Wensleydale). His companion, Gromit, is an anthropomorphic intelligent dog. RJ loved them so much that when I heard about “Wallace & Gromit in The Curse of the Were-Rabbit“, I bought the CD again. Of course Mommy always join the baby in watching. In this film, Wallace and his loyal dog, Gromit, set out to discover the mystery behind the garden sabotage that plagues their village and threatens the annual giant vegetable growing contest.
It is a mix of humor and clay motion. Funny and colorful just like Chicken Run. It feels good to watch great films like this with the whole family but you will enjoy “Wallace & Gromit in The Curse of the Were-Rabbit” best if you have seen the short films. So I suggest watch the short films first.
